As part of London Borough of Barking & Dagenham (LBBD) Women’s Empowerment Month, we’re hosting an informal meet up and talk (online).

We’ll be joined by members of the new Community Herbalism Network (read more here) and Mobile Apothecary. You will hear about existing initiatives, what’s going on this year locally and hear how we can all spread the benefits of community herbalism here in Barking, Dagenham and across Greater London.

As a taster of what we’ll discuss on 24th March, Company Drinks have created some short videos with Rasheeqa Ahmad (Mobile Apothecary / Hedge Herbs), Shumaisa Khan (Mobile Apothecary) and Kathy Mason (Plantastic) about growing herbs to nourish and care for their community and green spaces.
